get hair message regularly with almond oil at night time and wash it next morning if u don't want to keep oily hairs in day otherwise its OK in day time too
almond oil is very much helpful to grow thick and silky hairs,naturally, don't try any chemical based products for it.
drink plenty of water about 8 to 10 glass of water
take regularly one tea spoon TRIPHLA (the ancient herbal medicine,available in India at drug stores,grocery shop)powder daily at bed time with plain water, it will improve hair growth, also best for skin glow too at later stage
Rogaine or transplants are the only hair restoration methods approved by the FDA.

I'm a hairdresser so I would recommend a shampoo called Nioxin it also has a great conditioner as well.
it comes in a package that also has a treatment to strengthen your hair and help your roots to become more stronger. My hubby was going bald he uesd this and now he has a good head of hair. I use it too I just like the smell..lol. I hope this helps
